Documents submitted to the DOD Panel Review Board by Spotted Elk Tiwahe and other Wounded Knee Descendants (whose statements are enclosed), urging the Dept of Defense, the Dept of Interior and The President to rescind the medals.  It should be noted that we were given very short notice (hours) but had already been working on a timeline so most of what you see here was rushed but made it on time and we continue to refine it.  45 pages were submitted --- not all are shown here.
